My recommendation is to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack and wait a full minute. the are sometimes very difficult turn. buy a pair 430channel locks. open the jaws enough to grasp the trim piece firmly don't over do it and turn counter clockwise. if you don't want to to that consider replacing faucet. failure to use OEM parts will not fix the faucet.
