Bosch SG45 4500 Rpm Drywall Screwgun Questions & Answers
When using the drywall screwgun
Because the tip is brand new or you don't have a magnetic ti. Try tilting the gun a little sideways before you pull it away from the screw. Sorta like tilting a sweating glass a little bit before you lift it off of a coaster so that the coaster doesn't stick to the bottom of the glass.

How to change the tip?
Just pull it out. If it is rusted stuck, get a pair of pliers on there and give it a yank. It will come out.
Screwgun broken
Sometimes you can wrap a piece of thin plastic or paper around the stem and shove it back in and will hold it in place,- other wise there is a spring steel clip that probable wore out and would need to be replace but it wont be fun
Bosch sg 45 drywall screw gun
You have to replace the entire depth guage assembly (the front plastic pieces where the bit driver is). Unfortunatly Bosch does not make the individual pieces for this gun. Any Bosch service center will be able to supply you with this piece
Mold on drywall
You need to investigate the cause. Where there is mould, there is damp...
If it was through the previous occupiers using things like tumble dryers, irons etc in enclosed spaces without sufficient ventilation then that's one thing. Damp on walls always needs investigating though to ensure the house is structurally sound. Have you had an extended survey done?

How to fix 1 inch holes in drywall
Wow all those answers are ok but easy way is to wad up a piece of paper larger than the hole-force piece of that paper into hole slowly not to force into cavity behind just slightly flush then stop-take a putty knife and float with drywall compound you can get a small container of that compound at walmart even-then repeat and sand between coats until you are flush and smooth-if there is a texture then on last coat take a roller and run it thru the wet compound

Can I tape between a popcorn ceiling and a smooth drywall wall?
By beading, are you referring to drywall tape? If this is cracked and you want to repair the tape, I suggest you use a nice cove mold to cover up the lose tape. Otherwise you'll need to remove the old tape, smooth out the popcorn ceiling area, re-tape the corning then feather it in, then texture the ceiling again. The trip is much easier to do. It's cleaner, quicker and really would look nice.
Will it stick? yes but unless you want to keep the same look, I opt for the cove mold.

Paint bubbling and peeling soon after painting a newly rendered wall........how do we fix it?
Sorry for the paint peeling and bubbles. It's not the drywall tape that has bubbles... right? Paint can react like this when it is applied over a sanded wall that has not been cleaned and still has a layer of drywall dust on it. When primer is applied to the wall, it is best to use something to push the paint on the surface to combine the dust with the paint. This could be done using a paint pad but should be more than just rolled on. The paint needs to mix with the dust and stir it in with the paint so the paint get under the dust. You might try thinning the paint a little to allow for better attraction to the wall. So now how do you repair this? By scraping the loose paint off and starting with a new coat. You know. it could also just be bad paint.
