Is an instruction manual for Cuisinart DLC-7 Super Pro Food Processor available to download?

You can go to: Food Processors Product Manuals Cuisinart com Find one that is at least close, if they don't have your exact one. The manuals for each shape-size are pretty much the same... so find the one with the closest picture and size. The chrome (DFP-7BC) is probably very close... (I'm guessing yours is the same only in white??)

I have the 14-Cup Cuisinart Elite Collection Food Processor. Up until recently it was working fine. Recently when using the shredder blade, when I insert food into the feeding tube the blade stops sp

If the unit works OK with other attachments and the problem is only with the one cup; then the blade may be loose and spins on the shaft, the connection gear under the bottom is worn or binding up. I have a Cuisinart premier

Chop no more than the recommended amount at one time. Press and release the PULSE button and check frequently to avoid nuts clumping together in a nut butter. When a recipe calls for flour or sugar, add some to the nuts before you chop, about 1/2 cup for each cup of nuts. This allows you to chop the nuts as fine as you want without turning them into a nut butter. You can also chop nuts with a shredding disc. The optional Fine Shredding Disc is particularly good. For nuts the recommended quantity is usually about 2 - 3 cups.
If after following the steps above the motor still does not roll try the following steps:

Cover may have become unlocked, check to ensure cover is properly placed and locked

Excessive strain may have caused motor to overheat and stop. Wait for the motor to cool, 5-10 minutes. A safety protector in the motor prevents excessive overheating. If the motor stops,
turn machine off. After 5-10 minutes, divide nuts into 2 batches and complete processing.

Amount of nuts may exceed maximum capacity. Remove half, and process in 2 or more batches.
