Remove s11 solenoid ?

With power off, open the filter & check two 'O' ring of filter is in the right position then replace filter again. Hope this will solve your problem.

You confirm it by how it functions, if it sticks in a mechanical way there is no electrical testing that would be valid. I would just replace both solenoids.

Disconnected Air Purge lines. It was under high pressure (careful).

From the main menu go to change default option,press 5454 then press enter key.after access to default nenu you have to select calibrate scal option.press again enter key then follow the on scree message.NOTE:FOR SCAL CALIBRATION YOU SHOULD HAVE 9KG/20LB OF WEIGHT.once you done so,press stop key to complete the prcess.

This is a common problem of Model: 34788, 34788-I, 34988, AC34788, GE48800 etc. You need to replace air purge solenoid (Air purge solenoid located on top of the ISV tank, if you open front panel cover then you can see it on top of the tank). After doing above stapes and your problem still exist then you have to replace PCB relay board. Hope this will solve your problem, if so please vote for it for farther help! Good luck

You can try 1# With power on press and hold for 4/5 sec. up & down arrow key at the same time
2#With the power on press YES/START & NO/STOP key at the same time

Check oil drain solenoid for any debris or damage inside the solenoid flunger. Replace/rebuild as needed. Hope this will solve your problem. Don't forget to vote for my solution

Form the main menu go to ''CHANGE DEFAULT'' then press 5454 & YES key (passwoed to access default option).Once you enter to default menu,go to "SCALE CALIBRATION" & press YES key.now follow the on screen text.Hope this will solve your problem.
NOTE:you should have 9KG/20LBS of weight for scale calibra

You have run the machine 10+ hours for vacuum since last oil change. so you have to change vacuum pump oil. For change vacuum pump oil just follow the bellow step: Press main menu then keep pressing up or down arrow key till display show "CHANGE VACUUM OIL'' then press "YES" key. Now vacuum pmp will run for two minute & stop automaticly. When pump stop you just open the oil drain plug & oil fill cap of vacuum pump ( Located oute side of the machine near high & low side hose ) & drain all oil from vacuum pump. After draining used oil,replace oil drain plug & fill new ROBINAIR vacuum pump oil till middel of sight glass.Press "YES" key & follow on screen messeage. NOTE: Do not over fill the pump & Do not use any COMPRESSOR oil on the vacuum pump!

I had a similar problem with a Robinair 17800b. The machine got stuck in Clr or (Clearing) while changing from R-12 to R-134a. If the tank (R-12 or R134a) does not have at least 10 pounds of refrigerant in the tank before you change to another refrigerant, the machine will stay in the clearing process. I called tech support and they walked me through a process that resets the machine. The reset involves entering a code while in r-12 mode, then removing all hoses and switching the switch to R-134a mode and entering another code. The call to the tech line took about 5 mins. The number I called 1-800-822-5561.

I would be very careful releasing refrigerant from the liquid side of the tank as suggested earlier. Knowingly releasing R134 into the atmosphere carries very large fines if you get caught and is very environmentally irresponsible.

It's not clear that you machine is doing recover or not! If the machine is doing recover theh follow the bellow steps.This is a common problem of Robinair 34700Z / 347002k
