In almost all treadmill error 1 denotes the speed sensor error.
In you case I suspect there is some variation in the alignment of the speed sensor. May it moved away from the magnet Which is fixed on the rotating wheel. Try to make it closer as much as it can, be sure not to keep a small distance .hope it will solve the problem.

You may have a beltand deck problem. Test by the following procedure:
without the poweron stand on the walking belt, push the belt in the, direction it normally turns. If the belt is very difficult to turn (on most treadmill this means that you have high belt/deck friction I first apply silicone lubricant between the belt & deck to see if that clears up the problem. Most problems originate from the belt and deck 75 to 85% of the time.

this is indicative the some electronics components is in short circuit in the pcb. You must replace. However RUN the software calibration for diagnose, and fix it. see the block diagram.
you can measure the input voltage for the main motor if there are the motor is o.k and vice-versa
2) you can measure the output meassure from the pcb board is there are NOT the board is faulty for the input voltage motor.

1) LUBE the deck belt,you have a WORN deck belt, this happen because you didnot lube according with the schedule maintenance
29 LUBE the rollers bearing too
3) Test the drive belt motor, for worn or crack, or adjust if is possible
4) Test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
5) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
