Peel off or otherwise remove the screen protector, spray the adhesive (sticky side) with glass cleaner, then reapply the protector and use a credit card to roll out the air bubbles.

The screen should be cleaned thoroughly with an alcohol pad leaving no lint/dust. Then peel the back of protection screen off halfway, line up the peeled part on screen to your liking then use a credit card to push towards the end you haven't peeled yet while pulling the remaining backing and pushing the credit card from middle to edges.

You'll have to do a hard reset of your phone. Here's how to do it:

- With the device powered off, press and hold the 2 soft keys.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

Are you using a replacement charger or one that is not original? If yes, it's normal to have that error when charging. Remove it then plug it again so you can continue charging. It happened to me when I got a replacement charger and even though it gives me the error, I just unplug it then plug again until the phone is fully charged.

while there is no display on your phone, can you still receive calls? If yes, then it means there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.

The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.

I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.

If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

The default phone lock code for all the sony erricsson is 0000
If this don't then u or someone might change it.
And if u don't know the code then pls go to your nearest phone repairing service and ask to reset the password
