Low to zero pressure on low side test port
150 is low for high side pressure. may have to add more r-22 to system. if you had a blockage high side pressure should be higher. have you turned both service valves at condensor ccw completely?

Puron leak
not all electronic leak detectors pick up r410a-puron. Evaporator coils are notorious for leaking puron. your coil should be under warranty.

Fan stopped running and is hot
Hello, try spinning the fan blade with a thin object such a a stick or long screwdriver, if this gets the motor running the capacitor must be replaced. If it does not get it going the motor is fualty and will have to be replaced.

My goodman unit wants to start and the contactor is not engaged
Could be the run capacitor is bad. Usually they bulge at the top where the connections are, but sometimes they are bad but appear to be fine physically. You would need a multimeter that reads microfarads to see if yours if good.Below is a link to the part in question. Yours should be rated at 50/5 mfd, 370 or 440 volts.50/5 MFD 440 Volt Round Dual Run Capacitor

What the low and high side pressure for r410 freon
That depends upon the operating environment of the a/c system. The high side is directly related to the outside temperature and the low side depends upon the indoor temp, air flow across the evaporator coil, the relative indoor humidity and the static pressures of the duct system. There really is no rule of thumb to go by here but if all is operating properly then you should see something like this:
At 80° F the high should read from 277 psi to 295 psi with a clean condenser coil and the low will be about 116 psi to 130 psi or so if the blower and inside coil are functioning properly and the house temp is not too high or low.
*CAUTION*
If you are working with the high pressure of R410A refrigerant, also known by the trade name of Puron, then please take precautions to avoid accidental exposure of the face, eyes and exposed skin of the refrigerant and the POE oil it contains. Severe frostbite, lung damage and loss of eyesight may occur if exposure to raw refrigerant is experienced. Please consider calling a professional in your area to work on any refrigerant system.

I have a Goodman CPLE30-1A
Hello
There are a few things here that could be wrong.
1 Fan motor start capacitor is bad.Silver battery looking device on side of fan.Remove and replace with a new one.
2 Contactor for fan motor is pitted or burnt .If this is the case you will need a new contactor.
3 Fan motor is bad.Check top two before assuming this.
Check all fuses and circut breakers also.
