Hi is this an upright or vac or a cylinder pull along vacuum cleaner. Either way have you checked the pipes which the longs 1 can be done using a broom stick pushing it down and clearing anything that is stuck in there. normally the battery gives up in this vacuum cleaners through my experience

confirm the charger first
use a voltage tester to check the voltage coming from the charger

the voltage will read from 12volts to 18 volts
depending you vacuum model.


If you the voltage is present then the battery is dead.

Hi, Please check that all of your belts are still good (ie not stretched out, torn or otherwise worn). Also, please double check that you've cleaned all debris from the brush roll. You might need a tooth brush or a comb that you can throw out later. You might use shampoo to clean in. Then , please have the brush roll motor checked. Thank you.

Hi, Please remove some of the weight of your clothes. The dryer might be working too hard and then overload. So a lighter loads stops the overload. Also, please make sure that you've removed all of the lint from previous cycles. Thank you.
