Phone randomly turns off
I wish I could help but this has happened to me too, Only not everyday. First I had a problem with it keeping the charge. Now this. I would really like this phone if not for this and the fact that it lags when i try to text.

Droped the cellphone in water
Did you dry
the phone and battery completely? If not here is the procedure to take out all moisture
trapped in the phone: Dry the phone, battery, sim card and any accessory, etc. with
cloth and wrap each piece, phone and accessories, in newspaper. Place
a few handfuls of rice into a plastic bag and then place the wrapped phone in
the bag with rice. The newspaper wrapping avoids direct contact of rice
with your phone because the dust from the rice can get into the small areas of the
phone. The newspaper and rice will absorb moisture. Leave it there (with the
bag open) at least 24 hrs.

Whenever i try to charge my motorola krave, i get
There are two ways: since Motorola phones use mini-usb, you can connect it directly to your pc via a mini-usb cable- it should charge that way. The other way is to get a new motorola branded charger- they run about 10-15 dollars at your local big-box retailer. If it still does not charge with known-good cable or known-good charger, then the hardware in the phone has faulted and you will need to go to your carrier and ask for a safety-related replacement (electrical issues = safety issues in my book!) I’m happy to help further over the phone at

When I try to charge
Most likely the charger that you bought is not original motorola charger. I would go and buy original motorola brand.

Problem
Follow the steps given below to unlock Motorola A810 :
1 - Switch ON your Motorola A810 with a
NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Click on the icon
Phone.
3 - Enter the following keys:
** 057 *.
4 - Motorola A810 will display "locking enter personalization".
5 - Enter the Unlock Code.
6 - Click OK.
There can be many ways to get your Unlock code. If your contract period is
complete you can ask your cellular operator for the unlock code. But,
they do make it very difficult for you to get the code.
You can also visit
http://www.theunlockspot.com/ and can see different
options there to get unlock code for a price. Choose any price
appropriate for you.

Keeps shutting off
Hi,
when a phone always shuts off, it is either the battery of the phone is dead,
might need to be charge or replaced with another battery.
you can use another battery to test if it is the battery the fault.
The other thing to check is if the phone memory is weak and may need to be restored
back the phone memory.
will need to be flashed.
if too weak to power up the phone all application you downloaded on the phone has
VIRUS and has affected the phone memory.
First Charge the battery for longer hours before using another battery to confirm
if the battery cell is the problem.
If not battery, in think you will have to flash the phone memory for it to come back to life.
You can use the link below to know about how to flash the phone.

and
(unlocktotalk.com/UnlockCodeInstructions.htm),
Take care.
