you really need a service manual you can get it at jukeboxworld go to archives then wurlitzer then choose your model

Try pulling the power cord out and then plugging it back in.

Pages are jammed. Remove two...reset the left and right pages..then insert the missing two.

You don't have say the problem arises with the jukebox. The error code mentioned by you indicates the programming error. For simple errors of jukebox you can do the following.

Switch off the jukebox

Move the gripper by pressing against the motor as per as the CD can be taken out by hand.

Take the CD out of the gripper.

Insert the CD in the corresponding compartment.

Switch on the juke box and it will be rum automatically.

If it doesn't work then, set the mechanism to '0' position. Or reprogram the jukebox after making it factory reset.

If you got an error code 1401 then this would mean a faulty/dirty optical lens, or the lens will be in need of calibration for it to read the cds. The calibration is like an optical lens tune up. Once calibrated you'll be good.

Yes. You need to set the time correctly then set the background music to play for 8 hours starting at a specific time. The background music only uses the top 20 CDs of the 120.
