Kenmore 24.8 cu. ft. Trio French Door Bottom Freezer Refrigerator Questions & Answers
My side by side running but not freezing or fridge not cooling
can you tell the compressor is running? It's hidden in back or bottom. If you are lucky it may be a bad thermostat, or possibly a defrost timer that has failed. To eliminate bad thermostat, adjust the temperature up and down to see if that is the problem. If you can determine that the compressor is running you may have a freon or refrigerant leak and will need to call a service technician.

Someone is trying to sell me a kenmore elite
Stay away. If it does need freon it means it has a leak somewhere in the sealed system. That can be a very expensive fix. Who diagnosed the problem? May be other issues. If your looking for used go to an appliance dealer to get at least a 30 day warranty. I would not reccomend buying anything that has not been repaired first.
Kenmore elite (795.75544401)is suddenly dripping
Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
The dripping water could be from the evaporator coil unit.... Under normal conditions,Self-defrost refrigerators usually dispose the water generated during the defrost cycle through a tube or channel that directs the water a pan (Known as Drip pan), commonly below the refrigerator unit.... The channel or tube is clogged and the water is leaking to the refrigerator unit, so you need to clear that contamination....Once the blockage is removed, the generated water will move through that channel/tube directly to the drip pan and there will no water on the top shelf in the refrigerator compartment. Another cause may be the refrigerator may have doorframe heaters to evaporate any condensation on the cabinet frame. If your refrigerator is equipped with a switch inside that says “energy saver” or something like that, while running in that mode the door heaters are disabled. Turn the switch to the opposite setting and wait 24 hours. If the water disappears the problem is solved.

How to remove freezer door handle
There should be one or more hex shaped keys within the door handle, usually on the side or bottom of the handle. Simply loosen them up and the handle should pop right off.
