My oven door fell off.

You need to put door back in the hinges , pull it up and slide it back.

If door does not fit, you may need to have hinges replaced.

Oven door locked

Your high limit thermal fuse has blown. Pull the range out and unplug it. Pull the back panel off and in the center of the oven you will find the thermal fuse. It will have 2 wires hooked to it on either side. This will be the problem child. If it is bad, it will show a broken circuit or no continuity. Replace this fuse if it reads bad (which it most likely will) and reinstall unit. Make sure to clean the vent in the front to insure that it is free from lint or insulation that would block or slow the airflow into the unit. This air keeps the unit from over heating during self clean.

Kitchenaide KGST307 cracked inner oven window.

Open your oven door and look at the hinges. You should see a drop down thumb lock on each hinge that you pull down and after you do so, lift up on the door as to close. The door will catch on these thumb locks and then at this point continue to lift up on the door as you pull the door out at the bottom. Reverse directions to reinstall.

Burner flame shuts off during use and then you smell gas

all ovens, when they reach temperature they go off and on to kip the temperature, but if you smell gas the oven ignitor needs replacing, the ignitor gets red hot to ignite the burner ,but when ignitor does not get hot enough, it will have a delayed, that's the reason you smell gas.

Cleaning inside glass door, kitchenaid range

you do no tneed to remove the top to release the glass, yea aslong as the lower trim is removed then the only thing holding the glass, is the grease/sticky rubber gaket. lift up from the bottom slightly and twist out from the tabs. just be carefull when cleaning inner door glass, those "ridges in the paint, are just that paint, so dont use anything abrasive, youll ruin the finish!
