Kitchenaid microwave oven KBMC140HSO
I started having the same problem with my KBMC140HSSO. You cannot see the error codes without disassembling the control panel (the codes are on another display that covered by the front panel). After doing so I found the error code to be F2, E3 which is "Key held down too long, or key shorted". I am ordering a replacement keypad and will report back if this fixes the problem.
I am looking for a replacement for the Kitchenaid

Micrcwave light
You'll have to remove the oven from its cavity, remove the rear panel and access the light bulb socket from there.
How to reset

surge or random non-reproducible action of the universe may have
resulted in the controller's program ending up in an infinite loop. Pull
the plug for a minute or two to reset it.

LIght bulb burned out
I a Kitchen Aid Buit-in microwave (KEMC308KSS01) with the same problem - light went out. Can you send me the instructions on how to replace the bulb? Thank you!
