Sounds like the extractor bearings may be seizing due to rust.

If the blades do not turn and you notice hot base hot or a burning smell, unplug the power base and let it cool for an hour. The powerbase will reset once the unit is unplugged. They recommend not running for more that 1 minute bursts. strawberry/banana num num !!!

The cup rim had gotten into it while stored. It looked like part of the base. As another user noted, the inside of the base is flat, with no ridges.

blender parts in Australia are virtually non existent it is cheaper to junk it and get a better model the trouble with blenders under 1000 watts is that the motor is not good enough and they burn out ( two for the price of one is the clue to reliability) it it is fairly new and still in warranty get it replaced

You might consider the cost to repair vs purchasing a new one. Depends on the model, but looks like you can get a replacement for $100 or less. Warranty on small appliances are usually a max of one year, but you would have to check your paperwork. //

take it in to an authorized service agent or ring the manufacturer and make enquiries as to the warranty procedure

There are 3 white plastic posts on the top inside of the power base. Push these downward to loosen it. Its full of sticky stuff because of overfilling. You can also put some oil on it. Buy parts from ebay and amazon seller amazingearth.

Go to the manufacturer website and maybe you can have or get warranty repair. It could also still be under warranty.

There's 3 tabs on the inside of the base that get pushed down when you push the cup in. Two of them have switches on them, sometimes they can break. Make sure they are being pushed down. If not, it could be one of the switches inside.

Have you got something caught in it? Is it still under warranty? I am guessing but the mechanism inside the base should drop when you push to twist. Check is this is happening. If not then that may be the problem

Do not try repair it manually,as its a concern of electronic gadget,& its hazardous.Get it done from a service agent or instead prefer ton buy a new one.I would suggest Magic bullet blender nbr1201.The Magic Bullet consumes less power than Magic Nutri Bullet when you compare Nutribullet Vs Magic Bullet, but it is more when it comes to the price factor. it probably did. you wouldn't see it in the blades as they are remarkably sharp and shred anything that gets in them.

If they gave you a number, that is not a fax number, try to call it. Or try to locate their customer service department. ck where the cup goes onto the top make sure it turns on to lock on that is were the switch is to turn it on

try adding a tablespoon of cornstarch it makes a great defoamer i use it all the time
