Hi
See the Knob on the side, as it is on the picture, it will rotate but not adjust the time, pull it out a little, carefully, don't brake it or pull it out. Don't pull it out. just pull it out a little so it goes to the right position for adjusting the time, now you can rotate the knob to either direction and the arms will rotate to that direction, the date should also change as you rotate it forward or backward, note that you may need to rotate it "24hours" (two circles) untill the day changes to the next. Or the watch may have a separate setting for adjusting only the date, in that case see if you can pull the knob out a little more, if it doesn't move more then it doesn't and it is adjusted by rotating the clock forward or backward as one day is 24hours you will need to rotate it forward or backward 24hours to change the date number to the next or the last.
This does not do any harm to the watch, aslong as you do it with care, if you abuse the watch and the knob it may damage it, but normal rotation of the hands and knob does no harm.
do you have any questions?
Thanks,
Ekse
