Look on the side of the clipper handle. You ahould see what appears to be a screw. With your clipper plugged in and turned on, turn that screw with a screw driver in either direction, the noise you are talking about should quiet down quite a bit,

There should be a parts list with your shaver when you bought it, contact the manafacture and order one.

Screw on the side adjusts the cutter position by moving the motor inside if its working ok leave this alone. The adjuster should be in form of a leaver on the side but no, no markings.
