Xerox workcentre 3345 paper jam in tray1
If you've modified one of the trays and still encounter the same error, it's worth checking if there are any obstructions in the paper path or if the default paper type and color settings need adjustment.
Remove Jammed Paper From Tray 1:
First, remove any paper from the Bypass Tray.
Grasp both sides of the Bypass Tray and pull it straight out of the printer.
Next, pull out Tray 1 until it stops. To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer.
Check for any jammed paper and remove it.
Also, make sure there's no crumpled paper left in the tray or jammed inside the printer.
If you have Tray 2 (optional), check it as well.
Insert Tray 1 back into the printer and push it all the way in.
Fully insert the Bypass Tray as well.
Confirm the paper settings if prompted.
Try your job again.
Power the Printer Off then On:
Press the Power/Wake button on the printer control panel.
Choose "Power Off" to turn off the printer.
Wait for a few seconds, then press the Power/Wake button again to turn it back on.
Retry your print job.
Replace the Paper Feed Roller (if needed):
If the issue persists, consider replacing the paper feed roller. Refer to your printer's documentation for instructions on how to do this.
If the problem continues, contact Xerox support.
How Do I Reset Counters of Xerox Workcentre 7435 Toner Chips ?
You can't. It is hard wired in programmed memory. The reason is because most Xerox printed are supplied on a consumables deal where you have to buy toner direct at a slightly inflated price to cover the lowered lease cost of the machine. These machine also 'phone home' for interrogation..
Error code 116-323 in xerox 250
error code 116-323 on a Xerox WorkCentre 250 series printer typically indicates a problem with the Transfer Belt Unit. This unit is responsible for transferring the toner from the imaging drum onto the paper during the printing process. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
- Power Cycle: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a minute or two, then plug it back in and turn it on. Power cycling can sometimes clear temporary errors.
- Check Transfer Belt: Open the printer's front cover and locate the Transfer Belt Unit. Ensure that the Transfer Belt is installed correctly and that there are no visible signs of damage or obstruction.
- Clean the Transfer Belt: Dust and toner particles can accumulate on the Transfer Belt, affecting its performance. Gently clean the Transfer Belt with a soft, lint-free cloth or a cleaning pad designed for this purpose.
- Reset Printer: Some printers have a reset option or a combination of buttons to clear error codes. Refer to the printer's user manual or Xerox's support documentation for instructions on how to reset the printer.
- Update Firmware (if applicable): Check if there are any firmware updates available for your Xerox WorkCentre 250 printer. Updating the firmware might address known issues and improve printer performance.
- Check Consumables: Verify that all consumables, including toner cartridges and imaging drums, are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace any depleted consumables with new, genuine Xerox supplies.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the paper path that might be causing the error
