One of the things about bore sighting is there is no shock to the scope. They are meant to have some shock that goes along with an adjustment. Try smaller adjustments and tap the tube of the scope with a screw driver handle after every adjustment. Not so hard you dent it but hard enough to get stuff moving. Hope this Helps FixYa up.

the reticle should be level if its not you need to turn the scope body round in its mounts till it is level and then nip the scope caps up

all scopes are marked for up or down with a " u or d" or a
"+ or -" for up and down
just dont forse the turret screws or you will bust the scope

I don't have this particular model. Chances are, those are not "knobs" but caps. Remove the caps as you would remove the caps from a pill bottle. Underneath, you should find the adjustment dials for windage and elevation,

You could do like my wife did on an old scope of mine, run your finger into it, but then all you see is clear. the olny thing you mght ry is to roatate the scope clockwise about 45 degrees or replace the scope. you might contact Simmons, they might replace the scope for you. Good luck.

I don't know what you have done already, but, remember there are two areas to tighten. The scope rings to the scope mounts and the rings themselves around the scope.
you have hopefully forgootten one step.

If not, take it to your local Gun store and I'll bet they won't charge you much if anything for looking at it.

If you have the Blazer 3-9x32 tur the large ring just ahead of the rear eye piece. That should increase/decrease the mag.
