Tissot is Swatch. They do not sell parts! You need to contact the company OR where you purchased the watch.

How to set moon phase on tissot pr100
for Tissot PR100 Automatic Chronograph with moonphase, minute recorder, hour recorder and seconds subdials, to set the moonphase
there is a sunken button between the chronograph start/stop and the winding crown.
Using a pointed object such as a ballpoint pen, push the sunken pusher gently until the moonphase moves one step, (if you press the pusher completely in, it will also advance the calendar hand, so only press enough to move the moonphase and no more for moonphase adjustment)
How to open the Tissot PR50 back to replace its battery?
A water resistant watch usually has a back that screws into the case and seals with a rubber O ring.
Sometimes the back can be very tight to unscrew so even with the dedicated wrench it is difficult to remove without damage to the case. The professional would disconnect one end of the bracelet and clamp the case into a special holder.
Once a non-dealer has replaced the battery it is usual to discover the back isn't replaced as tightly as original - this is reflected by the usual warning the watch will no longer be waterproof. The only way to retain the waterproof or water resistant quality is to have the battery replaced by a dealer or manufacturer when it will be, if required, pressure tested.
I was given a Tissot
If it is the eta 2824-2 model. When you say the hands don't turn, I take it it does not work? its an automatic so needs wrist/ hand movement to wind the rotor. You can manually wind the watch by simply turning the crown (without pulling the crown out) Try doing this first.
I have a Tissot 1853 Model No:T52148131, I want to know what battery type to use, because I lost the old one?
Sorry I can't directly answer your question.
There are a limited number of batteries that fit watches and the quality of the battery is the most important to provide a good lifespan and be less likely to leak.
Anyone who regularly replaces watch batteries will instantly know which type fits so I suggest you visit your local friendly watch and clock repairer who will fit a quality battery and replace the O ring if needed and all for a nominal fee.
If local traders aren't used they will be lost.
