Car, 2007 Lexus ES 350 with push button start. Problem, right front door lock switch has no power to it, does not work at all.

Venstar t2000 wont adjust temp manually or through skyport. the unit doesnt even recognize I am pushing the up and down button to adjust the temp. but they do work when I use buttons to lock/unlock
