battery post and not at the alternator post, there is a break in that circuit. If the battery cable goes to the starter, the alternator wire may go from there and that could be where the fuseable link

the stud that connects to battery broke can it be replaced If you're talking post that battery cable attaches to - NO it's an internal part of battery.

engine fuse stuck in fuse box it broke off in the fuse box next to the engine. all thats left is the metal posts Disconnect the car battery. Use a small needle nose pliers and remove the posts.
