SOURCE: car began to lose power while on freeway then stopped
Sounds like the alternator is going bad and killing the battery.
SOURCE: runs good cold then loses power when it warms up
Try a solid tune up first, Filters, plugs, cap, rotor, wires. If that has not been addressed? It can make problems.
Runs good when cold, warm runs bad could also point to an issue with the EEC-4 system. When stone cold? The system is in "Open Loop" meaning it's working off presets. When at temp? The system enters "Closed Loop" and using the computer/sensors to control the engine. If a tune up fails to help? Might want to have someone check the computer for trouble codes. It might have a few more clues. (Key Note: Not every issue with the engine computer/control system will kick on the check engine light---but the system will store the codes for retrieval later)

Your electrical system's fuses might be burned out. Refer to your car's manual and check which ones are preventing your car from working.

PREPARE to change allot of gaskets. Don't forget the permatex.
probably need to do a complete fluid/lubrication change including brake fluid/coolant etc. Cooling should be fully flushed and refilled.Engine could probably do with a service
