Check for kinked feed hose to pole of water feed then all lines in RV. Check each sink and shower if you get more pressure on one more than the other you have a bend somewhere between the two.

You have a blockage somewhere.
First place I'd try is the tip of the faucet.
They screw on, and can get clogged with sediment.
God bless your efforts.

2015 19ft shadow cruiser. I hook up the city water and just over flows out the fresh water fill up out side. So I have to turn off the water and use the pump or it keeps overflowing

Make sure that you hooked up to the right line. Sounds like you are filling the tank instead of pressuring the trailer pipes. Sometimes there is a valve you must close to keep the city water from entering the fresh water tank. If you have your manual, check to see if you did it right.

Rockwood 8310 SS. Have water hose hooked up too city inlet connector but water is coming out of other side of trailer at water inlet area what is up with thisv

Check to see if you have a valve labeled for tank fill. It sounds like you have a single connection to use city water or fill your tank and it is in the tank fill position. The water you are seeing would be coming from the tank over flow.

I HAVE A 2014 THOR PALLAZZO 33.2. I JUST HOOKED UP TO CITY WATER BUT CANNOT GET ANY WATER INTO RV

Double check you are hooked up to city valve, just in case they have a tank flush valve that looks similar. If you are, remove hose and screen in city valve and push plunger end in and see if it's free. You should be able to push in small end of valve in center. Perhaps check valve is jambed.

Water pump

Check fuse in panel. You are aware that if hooked up to city water pressure, pump probably won't cycle?
