I can offer some guidance on how you might be able to obtain a repair manual for your 2015 Keystone Cougar 33RES:

Authorized Dealers: Reach out to authorized Keystone dealerships. They might have access to official repair manuals or be able to guide you on how to obtain one.
Online RV Forums and Communities: Participate in online RV forums, communities, or discussion groups. Other Cougar owners might have shared or discussed repair manuals or maintenance tips.
Third-Party Manuals: Some companies specialize in producing aftermarket RV repair manuals. These manuals might provide general repair and maintenance information for various RV models, including the Keystone Cougar. Examples include Haynes or Chilton manuals.
RV Owner's Clubs: Joining an RV owner's club or association for Keystone Cougar owners could provide you with access to valuable resources, including repair manuals and advice from experienced owners.
Online Marketplaces: Websites like eBay or Amazon sometimes have repair manuals for specific RV models available for purchase.
Contact Keystone Support: Reach out to Keystone's customer support for information on how to obtain a repair manual for your specific model and year.
If you open the compartment for your utilities, you will see panels that are held in by screw (use an S2 bits, not a Phillips). Removing this screw should give you access to your water pump. On the chance your MFR did not put it there, look for a panel somewhere near the water heater.
look in the cabinet work underneath the sink.look also above your potable water tank inside the rv. maybe look around inside and out of the hot water heater.
Changing out the water pump is easy 4 screws and three to four water lines that have hose clamps. The water pump should be under one of the pull out beds and or under one of the chairs. Where ever your fresh water tank is at the pump should be right above it. You will have to take a panel or two off to aces the water pump. Hope this helps you out
First is yours the five wheel? If it is on the drive side of the trailer find your take fill in port. " were you can carry fresh water". Now on the inside look for a vent. "On my RV the fill port is three feet away from the pump," it should be a 1 to 2 foot vent. take the four screws out and you should find your pump. They hide them good "so you can pay to have it done" so look very good. My pump is under living room bed. hope this helps
That should be easy to locate. Outside, down low. Usually black, 3" diameter. Has a cap over it (or should). The unit will have 2 pipes running into it. One usually 1 1/2" or 2" for the grey water and a bigger 3" for black water. Made out of PVC plumbing pipe, just like in a house.
