Thor never made that model so they will not have that information available. Thor bought Damon around 2011-12 time frame. Many places that fix RV's will tell you that if you bought a Damon product before Thor bought them, it is probably still in good condition and has needed minimal fixing but anything after Thor, forget it. At least when you throw your money in the toilet you know why you lost it.

Is the leveling jack electric or manual?

Park brake on?

Look up the make and model leveling jack system online and find a manual. They often have troubleshooting steps. Your issue could be a fuse or perhaps the conditional switches that prevent powering the jacks when not in Park, Neutral, engine running, etc.

I can only suggest to try a dealer....EBAY...Amazon or even try Craigslist. Surely someone has one. Good Luck!

Since the manufacturer of that unit no longer exists, your best option would be to fabricate your own or find someone to do it for you. If you can do some light welding with Flux Wire/MIG, have an angle grinder with a cut off buying the angle iron at a local home improvement store for @ $27 (6'x1", qty: 2). You can take it the batteries, being careful to remove the cables and batteries (VERY HEAVY), then looking for the anchors to detach the frame from the slide out tray. Simply lay the frame out, get your measurements and make a solid copy. You can also make it without welding, but it will require drilling and purchasing nuts, bolts, and washers and will not look quite as professional. Either way, make sure you protect the metal from future rusting by coating the frame with a primer and paint or get can of bedliner spray, which works great as well. As a DIY, use a heat gun to bake the coating on for a longer life. In a nutshell, if you can build it yourself, it will cost you less than $50 plus the time you take to do it. If you take it to a shop to have it built, you are looking at anywhere from $150-$200. Your choice. If you were near me, I would charge $150 but I would do all the work for you.

Your question is a little hard to decipher!
By "110 outlets" I assume you mean 110V AC Power Points.
By "read hot" I would guess that you mean an Active or Hot AC Voltage where it shouldn't be and not Red Hot.

If that is the case then you need to have an electrician test the power point outlets before someone gets an electric shock.
If you are unsure of whats what then a diagram aint going to help!

Dealing with electrical problems at these voltages can be lethal.

Now.... if you have an ohm meter you can check the wiring with the power off and yes.... a diagram would be helpful.... even for the electrician

Why type of latch? Slam latch, small key cylinder, turn latch? Small key cylinders can be drilled out. The slam latches often can be manipulated by lifting the paddle handle and using a small screw driver activate the plunger. The turn handles are tougher and I would have to actually see to configuration to tell how to access it.
