check that you did not reverse the coil wires. with the key on one will be hot when checked with a test lite

pull the fuel line off at the carb crank the engine see if fuel comes out could use a little more info does it have an electric fuel pump most of them do its a long way from the tank to the carb if it has electric fuel pump it is near the fuel tank there should be a big fuel filter in line also fuel will not work until oil pressure comes up a bit check for cracked fuel lines like i said need a little mor info

If they are the chrome type there are 2 of the "lug nuts" that actually turn, they are marked with a small indentation that looks like a - sign. Those 2 nuts hold the hubcap in place. Tale them off. I think they are like 1 1/4 socket.
