now , nobody has those. they are gone for 29 years now.

AND BUY THE SERVICE MANUAL FROM THAT. (MAKERS NAME TRUCK X)

LEARN WHAT CHASSIS IT IS FIRST.
AND OLD rv LIKE THIS VAST ARE MODIFIED THIS OLD
THAT TAKES SKILLED TECH TO WORK OUT
THE PUMP HAS 2 WIRES, TRACE THEM (VOLTMETER) THE DEAD SOURCE. FIRST AND THAT IS CLUE 1.

it's NOT a car, it is RV Travel Trialer,
not told this is the deep discharge huge battery in the RV
and the RV is not connected(hitched) to a car or truck.
and is just the RV by all itself failing, right.
well the RV charger is bad.

or the battery is bad, confusing the not too smart charger.
get battery LOAD TESTED,
ANY AUTO STORE OR SHOP CAN TEST ANY BATTERY LIKE THIS. IF LEAD ACID TYPE, THAT IS.

my best guess is battery is TOAST ! as they love to do , for sure RV and for sure not kept on a float charger when the RV is not used.
most are not used, just parked waiting and waiting and./.....

You don't give enough info, but I presume you mean the breaker on the parks supply post trips?
If so it means you have a dead short somewhere in your RV, the only way to find out what and where is to turn all the breakers on the RV board, turn on the master first, it should stay ON, (See note) proceed to turn the other breakers "ONE BY ONE", one of them should jump your or the park's main, keep that one OFF until you identify and repair the shorting equipment in your RV.
(Note if the parks breaker jumps when you turn on the RV's main only, get professional help.)
