Your local auto parts should be able to give that to you. You may also be able to set up an account at oreilly auto parts online and access the torques specs there.

it has bad fuel too, no fuel lasted that long. or new fuel over gunk fuel.
name one car or RV that runs 1987 perfectly , there is none. In real life.
it will need all that checked out
an engine this old needs compression test (at get go) all even over 150psi,
cleaned fuel system end to end
cap rotor and spark wires and new spark plugs.
carb will be sick and nasty inside. needs cleaned and kitted.
ask the RV center to get it.
but old rings this old there were no digital documents then
so only paper books, and now rare exist
google it and pray someone hand scanned in a zillion pages.
or?

why not ask George boy directly or you local RV center.
tell them engine size and makers name first.
also if someone changed the engine all that can be wrong.
or call for RV service to your location.
or call any local engine mechanic. to help or fix it.
have you turned the engine over by hand (wrench ) on the front crank shaft end pulley bolt. see if engine this old is not seized first>
if started is dead,Id do that on any old rig.33 years old, lots will be bad. best is start simple, make sure engine has life in it still
a compression test failing, means .... overhaul time.

its the suspension rating 100 is half ton, 350 is a 1 ton suspension. meaning technically u can have that much in personal gear. on board. this is not part of towing capacity. that is part of the size of motor and length of motor coach...
Champion built motorhomes from the early 1970s until the mid-1980s. While Dodge powertrains supplied the momentum for Champion Class A motorhomes through the 1970s, the Class C between 16 and 22 feet were powered on General Motors chassis frames. 1986 was the final year of Champion motorhome production.
It will be nearly impossible to find a chassis wiring diagram for a vintage orphan RV. Perhaps an online enthusiast forum or keep an eye on eBay.
Not familiar with its configuration and whether it has a selector inhibitor - a system that locks the shift until the engine is run and your foot is on the foot brake - this is operated by a solenoid through a relay. If it has this system it would be more likely that the relay has failed. If you have a technical manual check relay positioning. If it foes not have an inhibitor set up we are looking at torque convertor or gearbox. (Inhibitors were introduced for the auto box when people began saying their vehicle moved without driver input -- "unintended aceleration")
