I assume you mean cam timing.
There is no fine tune, although a new cam chain and tensioners can advance the cams ,if they are worn enough to ****** the cams and affect performance.
If the cam sprockets are bolted to the cams, there is the option to slot the holes and dial in the cams but this is specialist tuning work, and I wouldnt suggest you try unless you have a real understanding of valve timing and overlap, i which case you probably wouldnt have asked the question.
The valve timing is a static setting. As a rule it will either work or not. The only adjustment is usually the ignition timing.
