It should be able to hold between 200 - 240 cc in each fork stacchion and no more as your fork will becomes very stiff and no bump absorption will happens.

Dismantle the fork and look inside.You need to measure it to make sure it is in the correct amount/level.

This all depends on what size forks you have, but a good rule of thumb is 120ml. After that then what you want to do is to ride the bike and make adjustments to your front end until your liking.
