Need turntable stand replacement...

Does anybody have a replacement stand for this mixer...I have a perfectly good working mixer but the stand broke in 2002n and I should have gotten a new stand then...Now a new one is not available...I just have to believe that a used one exists somewhere...Please see what you can do...It would sure be nice to use this mixer again...PK

The latch on my 2366 stand broke and I don't know if it can be reparied.

I was searching the net for the stand and came across a google reference for the stand for 19.95 plus shipping. I have ordered it. Try this link for the stand part.

Hi, I just noticed your posting as I was looking for a replacement switch for mine. Mine has only been used once (never leave your mother and sister alone, to make candy divinity, with a mixer they don't know how to use :). I was hoping to be able to replace the part I need so I can use it, but if you could use it more, please let me know. My email is [email protected] I have NO idea what the procedure is for something like this, I don't think it goes against the Terms of Use, I would just like to help if I can.

Mixer turns on but the beater doesn't rotate

Remove the metalic ring around the mixing head. Push down on it with a flat head screwdriver...
Remove the pin from the mix shaft.
Pull down on the mixer head. Inspect the gears.
If nothing wrong here, disassemble completely and inspect drive gears. Something is broke and needs replaced. You need to find it first, then take that broken part to the dealer to get a new one. Good luck

Turntable does not turn. Motor runs. Beaters work.

I have the same one, and the turn table has never turned on it's own. from looking at the bottom of the stand, i think the mixers are supposed to turn the bowl, so i just give it a little turn, and the mixers kinda take care of the rest. BTW, i got 2 sets of beaters with mine and i dont know what the second set is for, do you? contact me at [email protected]

Have a sunbeam heritage stand mixer model 2346-000.

Make sure the bowl is off to the side. I wouldn't get rid of a mixer just because the bowl doest't, if it's a good powerful mixer. There aren't many replacement parts available except directly from sunbeam. You need to get a replacement motor for the bowl turntable.

it sounds like the mixer was overloaded and therefore broke a shaft,gears or sheared keys.
