My Rebel 250 suddenly is not getting any power. Checked battery and it's 80% charged. Checked all fuses with a tester and they are all good. Please help I don't know where else to look.
Make sure your battery connections are clean and tight the next thing to do would be see if you have power to your ignition switch if you do your switch may be bad.

Honda's manuals are printed by Helm publishing. You can purchase the manual at the local Honda dealer or cut out the middle man and order direct at: Helminc.com.
Get to the brake light switch and check (using a tester) if theren is live current on one of the wires at ignition 'on' position.
If there is live current .. thn probabely the switch is faulty or may need cleaning (spray WD-40 to the contacts) or replace.
If there is no live current to the switch , thn you will have to trace the wire upwards to the ignition switch.
Hope this helps!
You could have a slow leak. Once the charge goes below a set point the pressure switch will not allow the a/c to turn on. Have the freon level checked?
