1, If the microphone is not working after updating to Windows 8, then the issue is with the audio drivers.
2, Navigate to the Device Manager and right-click on the Sound adapter and try to update the driver.
3, If the issue does not work, uninstall and reinstall the audio driver to control the microphone.

SOURCE: nuvi 205w LCD screen replacement needed.

Your only reasonable solutions are:

1) Send it back to Garmin for repair, which will probably cost you more than the unit is worth, or...

2) Check CraigsList or other places for good deals. The prices on these things have been in nose-dive mode for months and you're liable to find a very good deal for very little money. (I just bought a StreetPilot C330 for $50 from CraigsList last week.)

SOURCE: the car keeps over heating and there is a crack peace

Engine overheating and coolant leaking...I would say there is a 99.999% chance the head is cracked. What most likely happened is the thermostat froze shut so the pressure built up so much that the head cracked.

You are going to have to replace the head, head gasket and thermostat. I recommend taking your car to a shop to have this done.

SOURCE: Why is or fridge leaking

I've seen this occur when the refrigerator door is getting closed fully Either a food item is preventing complete closure, (though it may look closed) or a seal is failing. Check the seals by pulling a dollar bill out from in between the seals. If it doesn't catch make sure the seals around the doors are ingood shape and clean. You can also use a heat gun to warm -up the seal and get to expand so you get a good suction

How do i fix old, cracked, weter damaged walls and ceilings

You will need to figure out if moisture is from some type of plumbing leak or a leak from the exterior of the house.(roof, window, etc.). You need to fix the moisture problem first. It could lead to mold issues that could make you sick. Not to mention it will only ruin the new patch work. If the damage is only a couple of small spots in each room. You can then cut the damaged areas out and put new drywall patches in. Home Depot sells drywall in 2ftx2ft sections. Measure the damaged section. Example. damage is 2inx2in.Cut the new drywall 3inx3in. Take the 3x3 patch trace around it on top of damaged area. Take a razor knife cut around line and break out the damage area. You may have to screw wood around the inside hole. To be able to screw new patch in place. Then take mesh drywall tape around seams and then mud. Any hardware person should be able to help. If you are not comfortable doing this please call a handyman service or local contractor. Hope this helps .

Can a person buying my home take over my mortgage

That depends on the lender, though most will allow a new buyer to assume the existing mortgage. Contact the lender to be sure.

Filter leaked water. It has never happened before and was curious if someone forcing an object on the top shelf could damage it and cause the leak. Or was it because of lack of use and the water froze...

I doubt that an object wedged against it caused the problem. It may have froze and cracked or damaged the o-ring. Replace the filter and all should be good. Keep me posted.

My 95 jeep cherokee is overheating and is leaking antifreeze

Hi Oscar

First: If you have pets, keep them away from the puddle. Antifreeze can kill them. Use sawdust, kitty litter, whatever to soak it up.

Did you see where it was leaking from?

If the shop you mentioned were the ones that replaced it, I'd give them a call, tell them what happened, that you want it TOWED back to their shop to have it done right. Any damage caused by the over heat will be their responsibility too.

Document everything, Dates, times , who talked to, Whether or not your new radiator looks new (or spray painted)

Something isn't right.
