Hello Bipin,
Even I own a Bajaj Pulsar 150 dtsi and even I faced the same issue with my bike a couple of years back. The engine has to face this wear and tear at some stage is understood. The life of the Piston and bore depends entirely on the frequency of the time we replace the engine oil on time. Ideally for best results, I would suggest replacing the engine oil on frequency of kilometres say approx- every 600 to 800 kms instead of the duration you follow. 3 months is pretty long for oil to be replaced. Also, I learned from my mechanic that the symptoms for such issues is white smoke being emitted from the silencer while starting your bike. Losing your top speed and the pickup. For the moment if you are seeking to know if you must undergo the repairs - I would suggest -YES and you need it very urgently to avoid any engine seizure problems. If an engine seizure occurs, then you have no other option other than towing your bike to the nearest service station.
