Inline fuel filters are no longer used by any manufacturer.

The only filter is the one at the inlet to the fuel pump inside the gas tank, no inline filter is used. The in tank filter is never serviced unless the fuel pump is replaced..

The filter module is located under the car, just below the drivers seat.

Most modern cars have the fuel filter located within the fuel tank.

2013 Softail
a. Use 3.5 quarts (3.31 liters) of engine oil for a wet
capacity refill.
b. Use 4.0 quarts (3.79 liters) for a dry capacity refill.
NOTE
Use wet capacity values for engines that have just had
the oil drained. Use dry capacity values for engines that
have been disassembled, cleaned in solvent and dried.

2013 DYNA
a. Use 2.5 qt (2.4 L) of engine oil for a wet capacity refill.
b. Use 3.0 qt (2.7 L) for a dry capacity refill.

2013 Touring
Initially add 3.0 quarts (2.8 liters) of engine oil

2013 VRSC
Oil capacity with filter 5.0 qt 4.7 L

2013 SPORTSTER
Oil tank with filter 2.8 qt 2.6 L 2.8 qt 2.6 L 2.8 qt 2.6 L

newer model vehicles now have fuel filter built into the fuel pump assembly and is not a service part.
