Depending on your situation, and you don't have compressed air to blow excess water away, All you can really do is let er dry out. Make sure your crankcase isn't full of water and your fuel isn't contaminated.Good Luck, Ned

SOURCE: no key for our kawasaki bayou 220

On the Bayou 220 you have 2 wires from the Ignition Switch. If I was you I would wire them 2 to a toogle switch or push bottom start.

Once the hub is off how do you get the barrens out if they are stuck it's a Kawasaki bayou 220

a large hammer and lots of effort. if the center has come out you can cut the outer ring with a dremel cutting disc.

How can I start my 1991 Kawasaki 220 Bayou ATV?

could be lots of things. you'll need to clean the carbs and the whole fuels system too. see if you're getting spark. if the motor sucked in water it could've be done for also.

2005 bayou starts good but backfires when she is going she got lots of power

Sounds like carb needs to be rebuilt. Could possibly be water in the gas.

Set timming on 220 bayou kawasaki

T is usually the mark on the flywheel and there's usually a mark on the cam sprocket and head to line up. you can google up a service manual too most likely.

I need to know the amount of oil to put into a bayou 220 atv

When you filled with new oil, if you changed the oil filter, and the oil was at the top third of the inspection window after you started it and then shut it off, the oil level is correct. When you start the engine the oil is being pumped to the top of the engine and through all of the oil passages. That is why you can not see oil in the inspection window while it is running. Make sure when you are checking the oil through the inspection window the vehicle is on a level surface and you have allowed enough time for all of the oil to drain back to the crankcase.
