The screw is the idle speed adjuster. Turn it clockwise and the idle will increase.

Hi Sharon: Accordint with this, on 1991 Honda Accord 2.2L FI 4cyl the Throttle Position Sensor is located under hood, center, rear engine area, mounted on throttle valve assembly.
Fig.
1: The throttle body is attached to the intake manifold inlet. Always
use a new gasket anytime the throttle body is removed-1990-93 Accord
shown (others are similar)- CLICK HERE FOR IMAGE ZOOM
The throttle position sensor is mounted on the side of the throttle body and is connected to the throttle shaft.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
If necessary, remove the throttle body for access.
The sensor may be removed by unscrewing the retaining bolts.
Reinstall in the reverse order of removal. Make certain the sensor is correctly mated with the throttle body shaft.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate
your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about

i had same with my vtx 1800 i adjusted the idle , if you look to the left of engine between the pots there is a little plastic wheel on the end of a cable which goes to the throttle body, i think it is anti clockwise to increase. try this it worked ok for me however there is a cold start on these and it is operated by coolant temperature check your coolant level and top up if neccessary with the correct coolant as specified (not got info at hand)
If you look where the throttle cables are mounted to the throttle body, open the throttle when you close it check the point at which the throttle meets the stop, this is the point where the idle screw is addjusted, from this point on the underside you will see the screw has extension cable it will be visible on the underside from left hand side, right on some models
This may seem silly but ;how is the throttle cable adjustment .Had a 2003 come in and the complaint was the same.Adjusted the handlebar cable adjustment and what a difference. Also check the vaccum line onthe right side under the edge of the tank, near the rear. This can cause stumble. NNo you do not have to remove tank to do this..Good Luck
Left side .use a set of screwdrivers and insert between thehandle chrome ring and thecaliper assembly.gently andevenly pry the stock handle off.If a lot of resistance is felt put a drop of wd 40 and allow to loosen up the adhesive used by the factory.By the t[me you are half way offthe handle should be able to be twisted off. remember to wipe off the wd before installing new handle.. Right side remove philipshead screws on the throttle manacle[control] open it up like a **** and remove throttle cables from handle.the r. handle will now slide off bars
