Its probably the automatic cam chain tensioner. Honda told me to ignore the noise because nothing bad is happening. My bike shop said I should replace it with a manual tensioner. I have 15300 miles and will leave it be.
You need to have it replaced as soon as you can. The tensioner is what keeps your cam chain from jumping teeth, if this happens a catastrophic failure will soon follow, ie, your pistons will make contact with your valves. I hope this helps.
