I have a cr 125 2003 model , my bike was running
HI, IF IT IS FLOODED, TURN OF THE FUEL AND OPEN THE THROTTLE FULLY AND KEEP AT THIS POSITION WITHOUT THE CHOKE,KICK REPEATINGLY AND IT MAY FIRE EVENTUALY,
RREMEMBER THAT THE CHOKE INITIALY FLOODS THE ENGINE FOR COLD STARTING, SO USING THE CHOKE WHEN ALLREADY FLOODED WILL WORSEN THINGS,
YOU COULD PROBABLY REMOVE THE EXHAUST TO DISPENSE THE FUEL QUICKER AND PUT IN A CLEAN PLUG, I WOULD DO THIS BEFORE I STRIP DOWN THE CARB TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM CLEARS, AS THE BIKE WAS PREVIOUSLY RUNNING IT SEEMS ODD TO START MAKING ADDJUSTMENTS
Honda CR125 Motocross bike throttle delay
ALWAYS have a fire extinguisher on hand when working on carburetors.
Drain the carburetor. There should be a screw on the lower side or bottom of the carb float bowl. Remove the screw then replace it after the fuel drains. Turn the gas back on and wait a minute for the carb to fill with gas. Now pull the top cap off the throat of the carb and remove the large slide. There will be a long needle in the center of the slide. Remove the needle and then move the clip at the top on the needle down one notch. Two notches may be required but start with one notch. Put it all back together and try it out. Moving the clip downward richens the low end fuel mix.

Special Requirements
-
Motocross bikes like the 1994 CR125 have a few special
needs. If a motorcycle takes jumps, its orientation changes, so it has
to have a carburetor sympathetic to that need. Otherwise, you may find
yourself airborne with no fuel to make adjust the position of the bike
by blipping the throttle or to make a smooth transition by rolling the
throttle on when you land. Another consideration is that motocross bikes
fall over more often the street bikes. So, they need a carburetor that
can withstand a little abuse. The Keihin PJ 36 has a vertical
plunger-choke, smaller and more protected than tab-chokes often found on
street bikes, making less apt to get damaged if you tip the bike over,
or pick up debris.
My cr125 wont idel after stating can it be ajusted.
there is a little screw at the back of your carb next to your air box. kick your bike over and keep little revs on screw it clockwise (in) then start so slowly screw it anticlockwise (out) till your bike starts to rev a bit mor then release your throttle and it should tik over.
