Find the broken wire and replace it. You have identified the problem, fix it yourself or take it to a mechanic to have them fix it.

Replace with new part from BMW.

Bad stick coil

There is no fuse box. All components are controlled by the CanBus via electronic fuses.

The R1200GS motorcycles do not have fuse boxes. It is controlled by the CanBus system which has electronic fuses. When one is tripped it automatically resets after 15 minutes, but will trip again if the associated problem is not resolved. Error codes are stored within the ECU and will tell you exactly why the fuse tripped.

the micro switch that is triggered by the front brake lever is out of alignment. This can be the switch itself or the brake lever is not quite to specs and is not engaging/disengaging the micro switch. I've had to adjust mine countless times in the 30000 miles I've owned my 2005. The dealer was absolutely worthless on this fix.

I would find out where it is coming from as we don't want any cracked welds on the frame!

I suggest make one SCANNING FAULT CODES to knowed exactly what code are there.

Its posible taht the fuel pump controller fails for some reason (water inside, for exampl), the fuel pump will not run and the bike fail to start. The controller can be bypassed to get the bike moving again. Links here and here

clean the ABS pick ups and reajust them,, by removing the road wheel you changed the settings on the ABS pick ups thats all

you need to contact your dealer. sounds like bad head seals. I had a brand new harley that done the same thing. The dealership had to repair the heads

you might have a bad fuel in your tank or fuel that may have water .
it does happen and all you need to do is to flush your tank and refuell with high octane fuell to clean the entire system .
your carbies will need to be cleaned too .
