Oil tipe
which all I can assume is fully synthetic.Fully synth is fine and the mobil oil is top quality just make sure you use a fully synth MOTORCYCLE oil. Dont be tempted to use car stuff: it is different because of clutch differences.,,
Jetting
WHAT MEAN JET? : Carb jetting can be easily understood if we understand the basic principles of carb and engine operation. A carb mixes fuel with air before it goes into the engine. When the mixture is correct the engine runs well. The bottom line is a carb must be adjusted to deliver fuel and air to the engine at a precise ratio. This precise ratio can be affected by a number of outside and inside influences. If you are aware of these influences you can re-jet your carb to compensate for the changes. I'm going to show you some examples of how you can change your jetting for better performance and in some cases increased engine life. As with any engine work be sure you have good tools the correct parts and a good manual before you get your hands dirty! ALTITUDE COMPENSATION: For our first example let's say we find a new riding area WAAY up in the mountains. Our jetting is dialled in for our usual riding area which ranges from sea level to 1500 feet. Our NEW riding area starts at 4000 feet and goes up from there. Going to a higher elevation will require will require a jetting change but which way? Like our fuel density air density can also change. Higher elevations have less air density then lower ones. At high elevations our engines are getting less air so they need less fuel to maintain the proper air/fuel ratio. Generally you would go down 1 main jet size for every 1750 to 2000 feet of elevation you go up (info for Mikuni carbs). If you normally run a 260 main jet at sea level you would drop down to a 240 at 4000 feet. Something else goes down as you go up in elevation is horsepower. You can figure on losing about 3% or your power for every 1000 feet you go up. At 4000 feet your power will be down about 12%-even though you rejetted! For our second example let's say we are still at our new 4000-feet elevation riding area and a storm comes in. We head back to camp and ride it out overnight. The next day there's a foot of snow on the ground the skies are clear and it's COLD!. Aside from getting the campfire going and making some coffee you should be thinking about jetting again! Cold air is dense air and dense air requires bigger jets. If the 240 jet ran good the day before you will need a bigger jet to run properly today. If the temperature is 50 degrees colder,,

First you need to Check clutch lever free play. If more play or over tight adjust the clutch cable nut by opening the right side shield. After adjusting the nut if the kicker is free or kicker is hard visit the nearest Hero Honda Authorised Service Station.,
Cooling fan woes
Run synthetic get a right side air scoop and cut some louvers into the undertail tray of the bike.,,

That will be no problem. Leave yourself enough time to stop and check your oil and the general temperature of the engine. Try to vary the speed too. Sustained speeds of 50 or even 55 should be no problem as long as you keep an eye on the oil level and also the general feel of the temperature.
15 mile limits then stop and check as this will only allow for about 20to 25 minute run times.
Check the oil before you leave and you should be fine.

U need not be concerned, u will not damage the engine, just make sure u vary the speed for about 100 miles, it is not the speed as much as it is the varing of speed to help the rings break in, there is no way 65 will do any harm, this is based on 45 years of experience.

no its not normal,,, for your questions..they are all linked so i will answer each of them together..
The oil resevior has a blockage,, this is what causes the back pressre sound as well as the spewing.. This will also account for why the oil didnt go in normally.. This is usually caused by 1 or 2 things...
1.) wen you were adding oil something got down there with it and jammed / semi- jammed the inside..
2.) the parts in the engine are shaving ,, this is when the outer coating begins to fall off which is normally caused by 1.) wrong oil type 2.) running the engine will little or no oil, particles in the oil..
Now with that siad,, get your self an engine treatment,, the kind that you pour into the engine, run it and it should dissolve the particles and free the system,, drain it then add new oil...
If that fails then you will need to replace the engine or have it serviced / repaired,, This involves taking it apart,, replaceing components and putting it backtogether... You can also run it as is unit it goes..

the crankcase filler hole?
These engine are notorious for having to
have the oil poured in very slowly as it has to go through a very small
hole & they can easily overflow, it is normal for the level to go
down when placed on side-stand
The oil coming out of the filler hole under pressure (with bubbles) is due to the crankcase pressurising, this is usually caused by one of two things
1. A kink or other restriction in the breather pipe; this can easily be pinched when putting the seat compartment back on or by wrong routing, it goes from the cylinder head to the air-box
2. The piston rings or cylinder bore are extremely worn & therefore let pressurised fuel mixture back into the crankcase

Thanks for using FixYa.
You don't really need to be alarmed with whats happening. It actually spews oil because oil is being circulated around the engine. Internal pressure build up causes oil to actually spew out, all engines does this.

Congratualtions on your purchase!
Firstly the recommended oil for this engine is 10/40 weight.
I can give the following advice as your engine is new:
Change Oil Every 200 Miles till 600 miles are up. DO NOT full throttle the engine until at least 1000 miles are up.
After 600 miles are up you can change the oil every 500 Miles. Frequent oil changes are an absolute MUST with this engine.
This is the recommended break in procedure for this engine.

That is an EGR valve return line to the intake. There should be some kind of valve on it to regulate the unit. IF there is no valve then you are going to have to use something like the copper that you had on it. With an EGR valve sticking open you are going to lose some power when you direct it back to the intake 100 percent of the time.
