Changed rear brake line from the reservoir to the
ABS units are tricky things, unless you know what you are doing your best bet is to leave it to the professionals. Yes you'll have to take it to your bike shop to have them bleed it correctly now.
My scooter keeps cutting out everytime i start it
1. Water in gas. Drain gas from carb into a suitable container and look for water and contaminants.2. Restricted fuel flow. Make certain gas valve is on and filter(if any) is not restricting flow.3. Dirty carburetor. Remove bowl and inspect. Remove and clean carb if needed.
Back break not working wen u push it down
Keep on bleeding until all air bubbles goes out but never-never let your brake fluid reservoir empty, as you bleed the brake, fill the reservoir immediatel to full level. Do you know how to bleed properly? Make sure the engine and key is is off position. Pump the foot brake 6 or 7 times until it becomes hard, keep pedal down, open brake nipple relase fluid as soon it stop spurting, close tight and repeat process until all air bubbles are out from system, fill brake fluid reservoir. As the bike is on centre stand, hand turn the back wheel and press foot brake it should stop it from turning which means it is now working properly. Good enough advise?
Gear Box Oil Spec
Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives. Stick with the major brands of oil. Husky is a different breed. Today's bikes use the 10w40.

Chain
Yes All motorcycle chains currently being manufactured use Buna-N (Nitrile) rubber for their o-rings and x-rings and all these manufacturers recommend kerosene as a cleaner.
Here's the formulation of WD-40:
80% Stoddard Solvent (that is similar to kerosene)
20% light lubricating oil and a bit of fragrance.
Here's the compatibility of Stoddard Solvent with rubbers and plastics:
Good Compatibility (OK for both static and dynamic seals)
Buna-N (Nitrile)
Chemraz
Epichlorohydrin
Fluorocarbon
Fluorosilicone
Kalrez
Nitrile, hydrogenated
Polyacrylate
Teflon, virgin
Mixed Compatibility (OK for static seals, but not for dynamic seals)
Neoprene
Vamac
Fair Compatibility (OK for some static seals)
Polysulfide
Polyurethane, millable
Poor Compatibility
Butyl
Ethylene-Propylene
Hypalon
Natural rubber
Silicone
Styrene Butadiene
Consequently, WD-40 is safe and effective as a chain cleaner and corrosion inhibitor.

If you clean with a soft brush and WD-40, and plan to follow-up with a chain lube, you can reduce chain lube sling-off if you first remove the oil residue that WD-40 leaves. This residue seems to prevent some chain lube formulations from sticking well to the chain.,,,
There is a very slim chance that anyone will know
OK just using logic, no specialist knowledge but...
If temperature fluctuates, then it sounds more like a thermostat/heat control problem. If it CAN get hot then doubtless there is gas available... It's probably something to do with the heat controller unit - can you get it checked? have you looked inside the unit to see if there is any obvious issues?

My bike will start and idle but dies when you give it gas
Kerry, Check for vacuum leaks, check the fuel line is not old and collapsing (they can look good on the outside and inner collapsed), if it ha a vented cap make sure it is not plugged. Were the floats set correctly or could be sticking. There still is a chance dirt has been re introduced into jets to. Good luck.

Kick start seized
IF YOUR KICKSTART HAS SEIZED AND IT WON'T TILT BACK IN THE PROBLEMS ON THE SHAFT (REMOVE THE DOMED ALAN CAP BOLT THEN REMOVE THE ACTUAL KICKSTART AND CLEAN UP THE SHAFT AND INSIDE DIA OF THE KICKSTART AND LUBE IT BEFORE REFITTING, MIND YOU DON'T LOSE THE SPRING AND BALL). IF ITS SEIZES WHEN YOU KICK THE KICKSTART THEN ITS THE KICKSTART GEAR OR BUSH IN THE SIDE COVER THATS THE PROBLEM. ITS EASY ENOUGH TO CHANGE IF YOU HAVE THE TOOLS FOR THE JOB. IF ITS A DIRT BIKE TRY TO PRESSURE WASH IT THEN SPRAY WITH WD-40 IT MIGHT HELP. GOOD LUCK IF YOU NEED HELP WITH STRIPPING IT DOWN JUST LET ME KNOW (ALSO LET ME KNOW IF ITS A LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE KICKSTART)
