Chain wont stay tight
Proper lubrication.
Don't over tighten. (looser is better).
New chain on old sprockets. (very bad) or vice versa.
Proper alignment of rear wheel.
Cant get it to shift into neutral or any gears
dumb thought, kickstand has to b up on some bikes to even go in gear, kickstand safety switch? i thought i was dumbest person on earth whrn i found that out after three hours of trying to kick into gear

refer your manual...first keep the engine in idle for 1minute then switch off then open the drain plug and wait until all oil dropped (5seconds one drop) then close the drainplug tightly now open the filler cap which will be at gearbox look for it a black lid...
Baja 90cc 4wheeler won't start
I would check the timing to make sure that it is correct because if it's not firing at the correct time it will not start.
08 can-am has fire won't start
For my 2 cents it takes air,fuel and spark for fire to exist,timing could be off,I would make sure all fuel lines were clear,check for water or bad gas,clean air filter,some jet in carb may be stopped up. Good Luck

The electricity is present and available whenever the bike is turned on. No electricity flows until the button is pressed completing the circuit to the horn. Change to a 4amp fuse. The 2amp will blow due to the 3.5amp current draw. Be sure there are no bare spots in the wire, ( there shouldn't be considering it is a new bike ). Also keep in mind that the dealer is not responsible for horn or fuse or wiring problems since the factory horn has been replaced. The factory warranty does not cover aftermarket accessories or problems arising from same. If vibration is causing abrasion on a wire, do what you can to restrict the vibration and insulate the wire.
