Where is the flasher relay located for 1998 Toyota 4- Runner

Toyota Pick-ups, Land Cruiser, and 4 Runner 1997-00
Flashers -REPLACEMENT

The turn signal flasher is usually located in the convenience center, under the dash, on the left side kick panel. In all cases, replacement is made by unplugging the old unit and plugging in a new one.

Hope helped with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.

My 1996 toyota 4runner is

For many of the 90's and 2000's Toyota various models - Camry, Tacoma, 4 Runners, Corolla, and some other models it is usually caused by temperature sensitive fan switch on the radiator not operating. Electric fan on the radiator should operate when temp above 200 degrees. Less often the control relay 90987-03003 is defective. Check if bubbling in the radiator smells like exhaust. That would indicate a blown head gasket. A jumper wire from your marker light positive to the lower contact in the fan control relay socket will operate your fan when parking lights are on. The larger vehicles with more powerful radiator fans will need a hefty jumper from a headlight positive to avoid overheating the lighting wiring. Make sure the engine is off and warmed up to check the radiator core with your hand to see if it is getting circulation. If it is all cold the thermostat might be stuck.

I have 1997 Toyota Truck 4 Runner won't start after the radiator overheated. The battery's good, its turning over. The oil looks normal, But I cant get it to start.

Too much heat can smoke your ignition electronics. Lay a spark plug out on engine metal (or clip wire grounded) to check for spark. How to move the driver seat in a toy.2005 runner.

I think you will find 'toy.2005 runner', should in fact be '2005 Toyota 4Runner'. No abbreviated weirdness please! Seat is a Spanish car company pronounced 'See-At'. Question moved to correct category. Here is your Owner's Manual. https://ownersman.com/manuals/2005-Toyota-4runner-owners-manual ..

How to operate window that is stuck

This tip may help if you want to temporarily operate the window before making a permanent repair. This generally works when you have a bad switch for the auto up-down function or you have a window motor that is just starting to act up.

The passenger mirror on my 2003 Toyota 4 Runner

With my 4 runner, I had the same problem. All I needed to do was use a phillips head screw driver and tighten up a screw that is underneath the mirror housing. i.e. there is a screw hole on under side of the hosing for the mirror. Find that hole and tighten (it may seem tight already, but just give it a little bit more torque and see if that helps)

1996 TOYOTA 4 RUNNER

Do you have a "Security" light anywhere on the dash? If so, when you change the battery, this activates the security feature. Try this: Cycle the key in the ignition on-off 5 times. This will deactivate the security system (if you do indeed have the Toyota system) Hope this works for you.
