I have a 1996 Ford Explorer and just replaced ball joints on both front sides due to it making a loud squeaking noise when I turn and hit a bump but is still making the noise.... any clues?

Inner and outer tie rods and sway bar end links could be the problem, when you changed ball joints did you change both upper and lower ball joints?lower ball joints and control arm bushings tend to squeak loud when they go bad.

I hit a median while turning left. Why does my vehicle make a loud squeaking noise when I turn the steering wheel or when I hit a bump?

Please get your car checked. You may have bent the Tie rods or the control arm and the Ball joint is making the Squeaking noise. Sway bar end links and Strut bearing will also make noise going over bumps.

Squeaking from driver side front tire

Tie rod ends, ball joint, or Upper strut bearing. An alignment shop would give you an estimate for the repair. You can borrow tools to install the bigger stuff at most Autoparts stores. But for all of these repairs you should get an alignment after replacing any one of these parts.

Loud noise when i hit bumps and turn the sterling

chances are that noise is the ball joints telling you they are dry and have no grease and they should be replaces fairly soon

Loud squeek when hitting a bump and especiaLLY WHEN TURNING the steering wheel. when breaking car pulls to the left.

You may have bad lower ball joints. This a very common problem with theses cars .There is no way to grease them so the start to bind up after a while .If the squeak is there while turning the wheel and sitting still while doing this then suspect lower ball joints .

Creaking noise in front end 1997 explorer

Sounds like it is your CV axles.  Turn the wheel one direction, right or left, and check just behind the wheels to see if your CV boot is cracked or ripped (the boot is a black, rubber accordion looking thing).  If it is cracked or ripped, I would say that is definitely the problem.
