Model Taurus 2004 attempting to remove the inside mirrr panel I cracked the inside mirror panels screw housing, will I need to buy a new inside mirror panel and if so where

vacuum leak on red line going to the transmission. It appears to be the venturi and the boots that connect it to the line. Which direction is the venturi replacement to be installed?
