Fuse diagram underhood

The 2003 Chevy Impala has four accessible fuse panels. There are two panels in the car's interior, on each side of the dash. There are also two underhood fuse panels accessible in the engine compartment. Removing the fuse panels is necessary to access and replace the Impala's fuses and relays. The panels are not attached by screws or bolts, and come off with ease.
Removing the Interior Fuse Panels
Open the driver or passenger side door and inspect the applicable edge of the dash. You'll see a panel marked "Fuses."
Grasp the fuse panel by its embedded handle. Pull the panel toward the rear of the Impala and outward to remove it from the side of the dashboard.
Push the panel toward the front of the Impala and inward to reattach it when you are finished.
Removing the Underhood Fuse Panels
Shut off the Impala's engine and open the hood. Approach the passenger side of the engine compartment.
Inspect the area beneath the passenger-side strut mount. Here you'll see two fuse panels.
Grasp the clips on both sides of the panel. Pull the clips outward and lift the panel to remove it, exposing the fuses. Repeat for the other underhood fuse panel.
Push the panel back over the fuse block until it snaps in place to reattach it. You can google it to find illustrations .

2008 chevrolet interior door handle repairs

There is a repair kit for you truck. The part that is broken is the metal piece. If you go through GM you have to buy a brand new interior door trim panel because the door handle part is attached to it. Otherwise I found a company that offers a repair kit that just repairs the broken part. Plus is cheaper then buy a whole interior door trim part. First you have to remove the trim ring around the interior door handle. remove the screws from the molded handle. pry the bottom of the door cover from the steel door at one corner and work around to the other side. lift up on door panel and it will come away from the door glass. then disconnect any wireing. Remove rivet at broken door handle and push assembly to the rear of the truck. detach the rods. replace with new handle and install in reverse order.

1997 buick park ave 4 door right front door handle won,t work from the outside

Order the exterior door handle AND the clip that attaches the rod to the exterior handle from your local dealership ( any part in the salvage yard will have at least as much wear as the one U are replacing ) Also order a can of touch up paint matching your car. After you have the parts and have painted the new exterior handle, roll down the window and remove the interior door panel. ( instructions have been posted at 'replace door lock buttom' ) Two nuts, one on each side, hold the broken handle in place and must be removed ( DON'T loose them ). Loosen the rod from the clip at the top to allow a bit more room, But take note on the way it is attached ( you will need to reattach the rod to new handle ) To install new mechanism put the new clip on the rod, carefully place the gasket and the new handle in place and install nuts to secure. Test the door handle and make sure it works. Reinstall interior door panel.

2003 Ford Explorer back door latch will not open

Mine just did the exact same thing. The latch may be moving freely because it is not hooked to the latching mechanism anymore. In my case, the handle had broken where the handle hooks to the rod that operates the mechanism. Go to the Ford dealer and buy a new handle. Here in S.C. it was $24. You can't get this at the parts houses. Start by removing the plastic "Ford" cover that is over the liscense plate lights. You then have to remove the aluminum rivets that hold the handle to the tailgate from the outside and remove the broken latch. Remove the pull handle loop on the interior side of the tailgate (2 screws), unsnap the inside plastic tailgate interior panel, and pull down the black plastic sheeting that is underneath the panel to make access to the mechanism inside of the tailgate. There is also a hard plastic cover that you will see that needs to be pulled loose to open another access hole. Install the new tailgate latch handle by sliding back into the mounting holes and attach with two 10-32 screws and nuts. The new handle will come with a new yellow rod attachment piece on the handle. You will see inside of the tailgate a small rod hanging down, most likeky it will have the same rod attachment piece as the one on the new handle. Note the position of the yellow piece on the rod, as you will connect the new piece in the same place. Once the rod is hooked up, relubricate the metal mechanism with a light machine oil, replace the black plastic cover, replace the black plastic sheeting, (secure with a small amount of duct tape), replace the tailgate interior panel, replace the pull handle loop, shut tailgate, replace "Ford" cover over lights, and you're done!
