I have a 1993 ford ranger and believe the "brain box" aka ecu has gone bad..I have replace the box in an 85 and a 88 ranger but I can't seem to find it in this truck. It is not a supercab can you help me?

the fuse box is inside the pickup under the drivers side dash, there is a flasher which is the round one in the fuse box, it controls turn signals and emergency flashers also in the same fuse box, there is a 15 amp fuse which controls just the turn signals it sits vertical instead of horizontal.

check the high-low fan switch ,normally they rust out

Yes, up to the firewall they are pretty much the same

This has a brain box located on left fenderwell, Its a small aluminum box about 6x6
