SOURCE: need wiring color code for a 2000 saturn SL2 for hooking up a trailer light four pin connector

The trailer wires are left turn, right turn, running lights(the smaller elements on both tail-lights and any side lights) and ground. Energise the corresponding lights and connect the wires accordingly. Find a good ground. A piercing test probe will find the correct wire for you if you can't track it to the bulb.

SOURCE: I am trying to recharge the AC in a 2003 Chevy

it should be on the lines running from the compressor, they usually have a screw type cover that you take off to expose the fitting.
Do you know how to do it but?

SOURCE: I HAVE 95 SATURN SL2. I RECENTLY RECHARGE THE A/C

You have a leak somewhere, possibly at the compressor or a pinhole in the condenser. An a/c leak detection kit can be bought relatively inexpensively at your local parts store, allowing you to inject dye into the system in the same process you would charge the system; an ultraviolet light (included in the kit) is used to see where the dye is leaking and pinpoint the leak for a proper repair.

SOURCE: ac not working, blows hot air only. Recharged

Check the evaporator coil by sniffing the vents, floor is best, with your tester.

Im trying to recharge my air conditioning

The a/c hoses in the engine compartment have fittings that you hook the hose for the freon kit to. One is bigger than the other to prevent connecting to the wrong side of the compressor. Follow the a/c hoses from the compressor and look for caps about twice the size of a tire valve.

How to DIY recharge freon

Saturns don't take freon, they take 134a refrigerant. Locate the low pressure port. Start the vehicle and turn the air conditioning on high and recirculate. Attach the hose and hold it upright. As you add the refrigerant alternate the top of the can from the 12:00 to 3:00 of 9:00 position.

I have a 2001 Saturn SL2. The air conditioner only blows warm/hot air. I don't know if this is related, but the car also has a leak around the radiator. It constantly needs to be filled with...

No, these problems are not related. The radiator is a sealed system and you may have a leaking hose, bad water pump or the radiator may have developed another hole in it.

The A.C problem is one of three things.

1. The A/C Freon has run out of the lines. This is a fluid used to maintain cold temperatures and produce the cold that actually comes out from your vents. It could be as easy as recharging the A/C system.

2. It could be the high pressure line that feeds the freon to the system. This would require replacing the hose and recharging the system.

3. It could be the A/C Compressor is bad and need to be replaced and the system recharged.

Each of these are progressively more expensive and should be fairly easily diagnosed, albeit by a automotive professional. I would not suggest you try to fix this yourself.

The air conditioning doesnt work it just blows hot air even with the ac on. i dont know whats wrong with it if everything needs to be replaced or just something simple. i know nothing about cars

What I would try first is recharge the a/s system, your car came with R12 freon, that type of freon is impossible to get these days, so you will need a retro fit kit to convert it to 134A freon, the kit will have two 134a fittings that screw on to your R12 port, so that the 134a recharge hose will go on, the low side will be the one your add freon through, it will be the thinker hose of the two, the thin one is the high side stay away from that one, you will also need one can of freon (134a), if it works, it might work for a while till the freon leaks out again, then you will have to take it it for repair, but this way you know it's just a leak and every thing else works.Good luck, let me know if I can be of more help.

2000 Saturn SL2 this month I replaced radiator, water pump, thermastat and it keeps over heating. The temperature gauge does not raise past 1/4 (normal) the overflow container is full at a 50/50 mix. the...

first determine if the car is actualy getting hot.dont trust the gauge or fan for these are controled by a temp sensor, if the sensor went bad it will tell you its hot. the other thing it might be is a air bubble trapped in the system

AC not working in 98 Saturn SL2

Did it gradually get warmer over the years or just recently. If it just happened then you could have a leak in the system or a compressor that died. Pressure test the system and verify that the compressor is working. You may get lucky and just need a recharge but more than likely you have a leak somewhere in the system.

I see two valves on my ac compressor for my 1995 saturn sl2. Which one do you us to recharge the air condiotioner?

the connector for the rechage kit you have should only connect to one place. the low pressure side. may I ask why are you recharging. the only reason you should be recharging is because it has a leak. I would suggest using a leak kit first. there mabe an oring leak
