Sounds like your ignititon control module is going bad, this controls you spark and timing by a electronic brain.. THe location of your ignition control module is underneath the spark coil packs. if you follow your spark plug wires from your spark plug backward to the coil packs. if it is a 6 cylinder you will see 3 black coil packs with 2 wires attached to each coil. the coils are held in place by a few screw each, just make sure you mark each coil with tape so you do not get them mixed up when you take them off, I dont know what year your vehicle is but if it is more them 10-12 yrs old and has never been replaced, then i would replace it .I know because i have experienced these same kinds of problems with my general motor vehicles i have owned..

What do these codes mean on a diagnostics check? c, ev, o, oh,e? what are these numbers for ISO9141 KWP2000 and why does it steady blink on monitor then say backfire problems?

you need to read the manual for the machine you are hooking to the vehicle .
These are errors not codes you need to understand how it works better.

I have a 1995 ford f250 5.8 gas first thing in the morning I have to shoot ether to get it to start after that starts right up idles a little ruff under heavy acceleration it sputters backfires and wants...

Sounds like your fuel pump starting to die. It is not getting enough gas under heavy acceleration which is 100% fuel pump slowly dying. At start up it might not be building up enough fuel pressure to feed the system but the shot of ether and engine cranking helps pressure the system just enough for the fuel pump to trickle the gas and run the engine at low rpms.

1990 trooper 2.8L V6 Gasoline starts hard if at all, fires then backfires then runs a few sec then dies

Have you cleaned the throttle valve and the air bypass idle speed control valve? If not do that. When they get really gummed up from backwash from the combustion process they cause this problem of stall on cold start.

Backfiring sputtering, won't start

Could be lots of things. Could be plugs or wires or a combination of both are going bad. Probably time to change all of them any way.

Engine dies numerous times a day.

Have you thought about it possibly being the engine that has something wrong with it? Have you checked the cylinders?

88 Toyota Corolla backfires through carburetor.

If that is carbureted, and has a mechanical fuel pump, try running a length of fuel line from inlet side of pump to a gas can that has fresh, clean fuel, and if it runs good that way, you know problem is most likely in the tank. Removing the tank & cleaning it out is best solution from there. I'd even be tempted to add a small bottle or 2 of Lucas Fuel Sytem Cleaner to first fill in clean tank, just to help clean lines as well as carb.
